Returns for store credit

We gladly accept returns for store credit only.

Just contact us within: 7 days of delivery via email

Ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery

Shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser

A store credit will be issued to your account once the return is processed

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.  It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping

ALL pieces are handmade, some are handmade to order.  Kindly allow 1-2 business days before shipping- we fill orders as quickly as possible.  Orders may take longer during busy periods or if material goods are on backorder. We will let you know if that is the case.  If we can't ship your order in 2 days, you will be notified by email with an estimated delivery date.
